If you choose this package, you will receive your building as a completely finished product, allowing you to focus on enjoying Costa Rica while we take care of every aspect of your project. The advantage of this package is precisely how it allows for a carefree experience allowing you to simply sit back and relax while we build and, finally, step into your new house and turn it into a home.

In comparison with our second option, you should bear on mind that while this package might result in a narrower customization range, it is a great fit for those seeking a more straightforward solution.

SIGNATURE TURNKEY

Our Signature Turnkey package represents an evolution in standard turnkey contracts, as we strive to deliver truly tailored spaces. With this package, you will enjoy the same exceptional service as with our Primal Turnkey package, ensuring peace of mind, while having a wider range of customization options by granting you comprehensive control over your finishes. To ensure your peace of mind when choosing Idea, we offer a list of pre-screened and approved suppliers. This list ensures you’ll receive the same high standards you expect from us, and we kindly request your adherence to it.

In comparison with the first option, you should bear on mind that this package’s contract includes manpower for every step of the construction and the materials for the structures, but the materials for your finishes will be supplied directly by you, being a perfect option for those seeking further control over expenses and a higher tailoring degree.

We build your Project...

FIXED COSTS

  • We provide, manage and supervise the manpower for the entire project, including the labor for installation of the finishes selected by the customer*.

  • We will purchase, coordinate delivery and keep safe all materials needed for the construction.

  • We will regularly make inspection visits to the construction site and provide reports with pictures and/or video of the progress to the Client.

  • The Project’s cost in the contract includes all the materials, labor and necessary subcontracts for building up to the “Obra Gris” or Core & Shell stage, where your project is risen and ready for adding finishes.

FINISHES

...and you add the Finishes!

  • We’ll offer advice and provide an estimated budget for your reference. We’ll also supply a list of pre-screened providers approved by us. You’ll be required to purchase finishing materials from this list to ensure they meet our quality standards and service requirements. For further guidance, you can consult our selection of materials, composed by choices preferred by our customers and the best materials we’ve found through continuous research of current trends and innovations.

  • If required by the Client, we ́ll help with the purchase and delivery process.

  • We’ll keep track of the selections and purchases to help the Clients stay in budget.

  • The finishes cost is not included in the Construction contract as the Client will pay for them directly, allowing deeper budget control and greater tailoring options since this costs will depend directly on your choice.

  • *The cost for labor to install the finishes will be included, unless the items or products selected by the Client require specialized labor for the installation.
